Add some juice to our life🍹🥥🍹

This month’s theme is of course “Fun in the sun” …As thought about what to do I could think of none other than our universal thirst quencher “Coconuts”.

Summer is all about eating mangoes , lychees and Palmyra fruits and refreshing ourselves with tender coconut water. Now the other side is of course travelling , swimming , chasing pigeons , having loads of ice creams and posing like never before to pics you can boast🤩

So this time taking coconut as my base have defined a theme, hope you like it

Materials used

Canvas

Chalk paints from itsy bitsy and expressions

Metallic paints from Expressions

Old cloth

Sculptor Tex from expressions

Popsicles

Deco stones from Expressions

Art gel medium from expressions

Pics close to heart

Moss effect paste from Craftangles

The first step was to stiffen an old cloth using the help of Sculptor Tex over a canvas given different shades of summer.

Gave it a small bulge using cotton ..next I wanted to give the canvas a farm look hence added a fence and decorated it with flowers and deco stones.

Used stencils from icraft for bricks and flowers

Placed a doily ,over the coconut to give a bright sun effect .colored the coconut using moss effect paste from Craftangles. Used chalk paints and metallic paints from expressions and itsy bitsy to colour the fence, bricks and butterflies. Now came the exciting part, took barbeque skewers and stuck various pics of how my little one spends his summer 😍

Hope you all enjoyed the make

I would like to submit my project for
