❤️ Rose awaits Jack ❤️

When the film “Titanic” released I was in my teens … I admired the pure love Jack and Rose had on each other. I am sure most of the 90’s kids would have felt the same way😌😌A moment which is very close to my heart is the boat ride in the Dal lake(Kashmir) .We had stopped by an artifact shop during our ride and the owner was sweet to gift us a cute wooden boat shaped artifact .

So I thought why not alter this piece as a depiction of the film “Titanic”.

Supplies used:

Mont marte black gesso and texture paste

Jute cord

Assorted shells from my stack

Immix deco stones

Rust paste from Craftangles

Stencil from a local stationary

Lady chipboard from papericious

Matte gel medium from immix

Started with covering the base with black gesso and gave a textured look with stencils.Gave an age old ship look with the help of a jute rope and arranged embellishments till satisfied.Next started layering them with the rust effect paste from Craftangles and used metallic paints from immix to colour the lady chipboard.

My version of showing how Rose awaits Jack.Hope you all liked it.
